祝贺11年级的Katherine，Jerry和Iris和9年级的Belle在我们的商赛中获得一等奖（奖金500元）。
本次比赛中一共有六支团队竞争设计和销售创新产品，每个团队有4名同学，他们分别担任：CEO（计划生产，营销和定价）；研发（设计并提出产品概念）；卖方（进行销售演示并出售给其他团队）；买方（选择要购买的产品并与卖方协商）。
*商赛全称商业模拟挑战赛，是一种模拟商业运作的比赛。学生分组组建模拟公司，分别扮演企业中的不同角色在模拟设定的市场环境下，进行公司的模拟运作。通过这样的方式，将商业理论与实践相结合。在模拟的运作中，感受真实的商业世界。
商业模拟挑战赛可以对学生的商业素质能力进行综合提升，在公司的模拟运作中，学习商业知识、运用商业理论、理解市场规律、提高商业专业技能。
常青藤学校的活动丰富多样，每学期都会有志愿者服务，学习竞赛，商赛等各类有意义的活动来培养孩子们的综合能力。
Congratulations to students Katherine, Jerry and Iris from Grade 11, and Belle from Grade 9, who have won first prize (and 500¥) in our business competition. Six teams competed in groups of four to design and sell an innovative product. Teams were comprised of four roles: CEO (plan production, marketing and pricing); R&D (design and present the product concept); Seller (make sales presentation and sell to other teams); Buyer (choose products to buy and negotiate with sellers).
每位团队成员的得分均根据竞赛规则中的标准来评定，这些标准是在12年级Walt同学的帮助下设计的。由教师组成的评委小组分别以概念，展示和报告几个方面为标准进行打分。
如图，优胜团队中Jerry的研发成果得到了评委的一致满分。团队小组们在其设计演示中附上了精美的插图和精心设计的细节（请参见下文）。
Each team member was awarded points based on criteria set out in the competition rules, which were designed with the help of Walt from Grade 12. A panel of judges, made up of teachers, awarded points where evaluation of concepts, presentations and reports was required. For example, Jerry from the winning team received full marks from the judges for his R&D presentation (see graphs). Several teams included excellent illustrations and well-researched technical details in their design presentations (see below).
获得一等奖的作品是手机屏幕膜，它具有防偷、防水、防蓝光的特点。获得二等奖的作品是来自11年级的Benjamin，Steve，Leo和Sunny的带有超久续航发光杯，第三名是10年级的Arlene，Annemarie，Kevin和Lisa，他们的想法是为游戏玩家设计一个高科技按摩椅。其他产品创意包括自动书架，高科技帐篷和蓝牙门锁。所有参赛的学生都表现得非常出色！
The winning product was a phone case with three functions: anti-peeping privacy protection; waterproofing; anti-blue light shield. The second place prize went to a light cup with a long-lasting battery from Benjamin, Steve, Leo and Sunny from Grade 11. In third place were Arlene, Annemarie, Kevin and Lisa from Grade 10 with their idea for a high-tech massage chair for gamers. Other product ideas were an automated bookcase, a high-tech tent and a Bluetooth door lock. Well done to all the students who participated!
