升学指导办公室拥有一支专业的升学指导团队，其成员或有海外留学经历或有多年的升学辅导经验。我们致力于帮助国际部学生更好的规划人生，求学未来。为了实现这一目标，我们设计了完整的升学辅导体系，贯穿于九年级到十二年级，一共四个学年，为学生整体规划学习进程，充分做好升学准备，完美实现最终的升学目标。与此同时，升学辅导办公室引进美国本土高中普遍采用的升学系统，完整记录学生学习期间的各项表现。学生通过该系统申请海外大学，能最大程度的获得海外大学的信任。在此基础上，升学辅导办公室的升学老师每年都会参与国内与海外的培训，与海外院校建立密切联系，为学生及时提供海外大学院校信息，同时这也最大程度保障了学生成功申请海外大学的可能性。

生涯规划是个很大的概念，让我们以一生的角度去俯瞰我们在每个阶段该做的事情。其中舒伯提出的生涯发展理论已经成为生涯规划的标杆之一。
舒伯的生涯发展阶段论把人生大致分为5个阶段，每个阶段都有自己的生涯任务，如果前一个阶段的生涯任务没有完成就会影响后面阶段的发展，这种影响持续存在，直到解决为止。
中学生生涯规划的对象是15-18岁之间学生也就是我们9年级到12年级的学生。
这阶段的学生处在探索期的前期，这个阶段的生涯课题是
1、能力与才能的进一步成长
2、独立性发展
3、学习计划的选择
4、适合自己的专业与工作选择
5、有关专业技能的发展
这个生涯课题主要有以下两个探索： 自我探索和环境探索，也可以说是内外探索。
自我探索大致就是从个人兴趣、性格特质、天赋能力、价值观、愿景等各个角度去认识了解自己，找出自己的独特性，看到人与人的差异不同点，建立一个自我的概念，找到一个自我认同感。上升到哲学问题，就是我是谁、我要做什么（职业）。从青少年心理发展角度来说，是这个年龄段几乎每个青少年都会想的问题，而且多数人会自己去找这种认同感。
在自我探索的基础上，学生对自我有了一个模糊的概念，找到自我认同感、会在现实生活中在职业中选择一些自己将来要从事的职业。
这时候环境探索就尤为重要了，环境探索大致又分为宏观环境、行业、职业、专业、高校、人脉关系等。
