升学指导办公室拥有一支专业的升学指导团队,其成员或有海外留学经历或有多年的升学辅导经验。我们致力于帮助国际部学生更好的规划人生,求学未来。为了实现这一目标,我们设计了完整的升学辅导体系,贯穿于九年级到十二年级,一共四个学年,为学生整体规划学习进程,充分做好升学准备,完美实现最终的升学目标。与此同时,升学辅导办公室引进美国本土高中普遍采用的升学系统,完整记录学生学习期间的各项表现。学生通过该系统申请海外大学,能最大程度的获得海外大学的信任。在此基础上,升学辅导办公室的升学老师每年都会参与国内与海外的培训,与海外院校建立密切联系,为学生及时提供海外大学院校信息,同时这也最大程度保障了学生成功申请海外大学的可能性。

生涯规划是个很大的概念,让我们以一生的角度去俯瞰我们在每个阶段该做的事情。其中舒伯提出的生涯发展理论已经成为生涯规划的标杆之一。
舒伯的生涯发展阶段论把人生大致分为5个阶段,每个阶段都有自己的生涯任务,如果前一个阶段的生涯任务没有完成就会影响后面阶段的发展,这种影响持续存在,直到解决为止。
中学生生涯规划的对象是15-18岁之间学生也就是我们9年级到12年级的学生。
这阶段的学生处在探索期的前期,这个阶段的生涯课题是
1、能力与才能的进一步成长
2、独立性发展
3、学习计划的选择
4、适合自己的专业与工作选择
5、有关专业技能的发展
这个生涯课题主要有以下两个探索: 自我探索和环境探索,也可以说是内外探索。
自我探索大致就是从个人兴趣、性格特质、天赋能力、价值观、愿景等各个角度去认识了解自己,找出自己的独特性,看到人与人的差异不同点,建立一个自我的概念,找到一个自我认同感。上升到哲学问题,就是我是谁、我要做什么(职业)。从青少年心理发展角度来说,是这个年龄段几乎每个青少年都会想的问题,而且多数人会自己去找这种认同感。
在自我探索的基础上,学生对自我有了一个模糊的概念,找到自我认同感、会在现实生活中在职业中选择一些自己将来要从事的职业。
这时候环境探索就尤为重要了,环境探索大致又分为宏观环境、行业、职业、专业、高校、人脉关系等。
